All provisions featured on our menus are sourced through our trusted culinary partner, Cheese Boutique. Our menus are thoughtfully curated by Culinary Director Afrim Pristine, owner of Cheese Boutique and internationally recognized authority in artisan cheese and specialty foods.
Through this partnership, guests have access to premium local and international ingredients, specialty products, and custom culinary requests.

Payment Schedule
- Deposit 1: $7,500 upon acceptance of proposal
- Deposit 2: Balance to 50% — 6 months before event date
- Final Event Balance: Paid 30 days before event date
Self-Catering
Self-Catering Access
Guests are also welcome to prepare their own meals using the ranch kitchen. For groups choosing to bring their own food and beverages and cook during their stay, the Self-Catering Kitchen & Cleaning Fee and Refundable Kitchen Security Deposit apply.
Kitchen Use Policy
Guests are welcome to enjoy the ranch kitchen to prepare meals during their stay. We ask that the space be treated with care and left in the same condition it was found. This includes washing dishes, wiping surfaces, disposing of food waste, and returning all equipment to its proper place.
The ranch kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for light to moderate meal preparation during your stay. It is not intended for large-scale catering, commercial food preparation, or high-volume cooking operations.
Advanced notice and approval is required for external private chef services or catering teams.
Self-Catering Kitchen & Cleaning Fee
A $900 Self-Catering Kitchen & Cleaning Fee applies when guests bring their own food and beverages and use the ranch kitchen and cooking equipment. This fee covers enhanced cleaning, equipment care, and a full kitchen reset following departure.
Kitchen Security Deposit
A $750 refundable kitchen security deposit is required for guests using the kitchen for self-catering. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3–5 days after departure, provided the kitchen and equipment are left in reasonable condition and no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
Excessive Cleaning
The Self-Catering Kitchen & Cleaning Fee covers cleaning associated with normal guest use. If the kitchen or equipment requires cleaning beyond standard self-catering use, additional cleaning charges may be deducted from the kitchen security deposit or billed accordingly.
